We are done with child raising. The last one, our youngest, is gone.
When I was young I never considered having a large family. I didn’t enjoy children very much. But by the time we reached our 4th child, Dave says, “This is a large family” and I said Naw.

At some point we actually surrendered how many children we were supposed to have, and let God have His way, which for us was 13 children. The years have gone by. We are empty nesters. Sometimes it’s too quiet. There is not the house cleaning load that there was.
My goal with this site is to encourage families. Mothers in particular. I hope you may find something of value to take with you. God bless you as you run the race.
